Shatner Blasts Takei Over Wedding Snub in a Video…

William Shatner has taken his war of words with former “Star
Trek” castmate George Takei into cyberspace, by insisting
the newlywed is “sad” and “sick” for not inviting Captain
Kirk to his recent same-sex marriage ceremony.

Takei, who blasted Shatner for his vanity on the set of the
cult sci-fi series in his memoirs, made a point of not inviting
the actor to his nuptials when he exchanged vows with partner
Brad Altman at the Democracy Forum of the Japanese American
National Museum in Los Angeles on September 14.

And the “Boston Legal” star is still bitter about the snub.

In a new video Shatner says, “The whole thing makes me feel badly.
The poor man, there’s such a sickness there. It’s so patently
obvious that there’s a psychosis there.

“I don’t know what his original thing about me was; I have no
idea. I didn’t read his book that was printed many years ago but
apparently I didn’t let somebody have a close-up.”

But George insists he did invite Shatner to his wedding, stating,
“It is unfortunate that Bill was unable to join us for our
wedding as he indeed was invited to attend.”

A spokesman for Takei adds, “Mr. Shatner was invited to the
wedding (through his manager Larry Thompson) when invitations
were mailed out in July.

Gossip Girl’s Taylor Momsen Hospitalized…

‘Gossip Girl’ actress Taylor Momsen has been hospitalized
with a serious throat infection, according to her doctor
Shawn Nasseri.

“She has been hospitalized for a severe, potentially life-
threatening throat infection since Sunday,” Nasseri said in
a letter provided by Momsen’s manager.

Fortunately, the doctor predicts that Momsen, 15, will be fine.
“After aggressive antibiotics and medications, she is expected
to make a full recovery in the next three to five days.”

Momsen hopes to return to Gossip Girl’s New York City set by
the end of the week.

It’s Getting Ugly… Guy Ritchie’s Got A New, Younger, Gal

As their sexless  marriage unraveled, and fights turned bitter,
Guy Ritchie called Madonna “old, fat, ugly and wrinkled,” a pal
of the singer alleges.

The couple’s relationship was plagued by physical and emotional
abuse for years, with both sides giving as good as they got,
friends of both tell US Magazine.

“She would taunt Guy, saying, ‘I should have married someone like
me: strong, hot-blooded, intelligent, ambitious, spiritual,’” a
source close to Ritchie said.

“Their fights would often get heated. A few times Madonna slapped
him or poked him.”

In response, Guy would hurl his own venomous abuse back. “Guy
called her old, fat, ugly and wrinkled and said that she was
stupid and couldn’t sing,” Madonna’s pal told the magazine.

And the two stopped having sex 18 months ago, friends of both
have said.

Word is Guy has moved on to an accomplished stage and screen
actress young enough to be the 50-year-old Madonna’s daughter.

She is 31-year-old Kelly Reilly, who is starring in his new
“Holmes” flick.

Three days after the divorce was announced, he allegedly sent
his driver back to his $12 million home in London’s high-class
Marylebone neighborhood to pack an overnight bag for a stay at
nearby Chatham Hotel… where Reilly is living.

Halle Buys Canadian Home…

Halle Berry has bought a new home in Canada to share with
her model boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.

The couple, whose daughter Nahla was born in March, have
invested in a multi-million dollar property which sits on
63 acres of land in St. Hippolyte, a small town in Quebec.

And Canadian born Aubry is excited about moving back to his
native country, where his parents still live.

He says, “It feels great. Anything we can do in our own home-
town is always a good feeling.”
