Spider-Man Actress Found Dead…

Lucy Gordon, considered one of Britain’s most promising
young film stars, was found dead in her Paris apartment
after apparently killing herself, say French police.

Lucy, who was just 28, had a dozen screen roles to her
credit, including that of British reporter Jennifer Dugan
in Spider-Man 3. In the upcoming biopic Serge Gainsbourg
a heroic life, about the late French singer-songwriter-
actor, she plays the real-life British actress-singer
Jane Birkin.

Lucy was discovered in her apartment, Paris police tell
the London Times, which also quotes a news source as
saying Lucy’s boyfriend was asleep in the residence
when she hung herself. An autopsy has been ordered.

Lucy, who had worked as a model, made her movie debut
in 2001’s Perfume. The next year, she starred in the war
drama The Four Feathers, which also starred Heath Ledger.

Friday would have marked her 29th birthday.

Sarah Jessica Parker concerned for surrogate…

Sarah Jessica Parker says she’s concerned for the safety
and well-being of the surrogate through whom she and
husband Matthew Broderick are expecting twins.

Sarah says that the attention has led to an invasion of
the woman’s privacy. Sarah says the stress has taken its
toll on her, and she worries about her “and the safe
delivery of our children.”

Sarah says in an interview airing Tuesday that the
surrogate’s telephone and computer have been hacked
into, and she’s received threats. Sarah also says it
hasn’t ended there: “She’s had friends threatened and
family threatened and she’s had family of friends
threatened.”

“I care deeply about her and I am incredibly outraged by
the sort of extraordinary and unprecedented invasion of
her privacy,” says Sarah. “I think even given the
unfortunate way we live now in this unending appetite for
the more salacious information, it has still shocked me,
and it has still really disappointed me.”

Sarah said a pregnant friend of the surrogate was also
chased by the paparazzi.

“She’s had a friend who was thought to be her chased down
a highway … This friend is nine months pregnant ? chased
down a highway by photographers and dare I call them
‘reporters.’ I guess that’s how they identify themselves,”
Sarah said. “It’s crossed lines ? Pretty much all the lines
have been crossed.”

A Summer Wedding for Maks and Karina…

Their courtship and engagement happened in a matter of months,
but when it comes to planning their wedding, Dancing with the
Stars pros Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Karina Smirnoff are taking
their time.

“If it was just friends and family that would be one thing,
but there are so many people telling us, ‘We’ll be there, we
want to come!’ So we said, Okay, the wedding is turning out
to be a bigger production,” Maksim says. “We want to take our
time. You don’t want to piss anybody off or hurt anybody.”

One thing the couple has decided on is the time of year they
want the ceremony. “Next June is when we want to have the
wedding,” says Maksim. “We are currently interviewing a few
wedding planners because we figure we could use professional
help.”

In the Meantime, Maksim, who stars in ABC’s upcoming athletic
reality competition show The Superstars premiering June 23,
says he and Karina aren’t rushing to find the right venue,
the right outfits, or the right wedding rings.

Two weeks ago the couple was photographed at Beverly Hills
jewelry store David Yurman, but Maksim says they were not
trying on rings.

“Karina gave me a necklace from there, and there were a
couple diamonds missing,” he says, noting that when the
time is right the couple will likely choose something
“traditional” for their wedding bands.

Between all the planning, Maksim and Karina will do some
traveling this summer, and he’ll work on his golf game.

“It’s very therapeutic,” Maksim says, noting that fellow
ballroom pal Tony Dovolani “is a huge part of it. I’m
getting good. I’m going to try and utilize the summer
to get much better.”

“Star Trek’s” new Captain Kirk has embarked on a new top-secret
mission… to win the heart of reality TV star Audrina Patridge.

Actor Chris Pine and “The Hills” star were spotted dining together
in Los Angeles on Friday, and now sources say the couple have been
secretly dating for weeks.

According to one insider, Chris and his ex-girlfriend split up in
March, and he has been spotted with Audrina a number of times
since then.

A close source says, “Audrina is into him.”

And the publication reports, Audrina has even been spotted leaving
the apartment building where Chris lives early in the morning.

Chris and Audrina first met at the ShoWest event in Las Vegas,
where both were presented with awards.

One pal says, “Chris was looking at Audrina a lot, and you could
tell that he thought she looked pretty.

Natalie Cole Undergoes Kidney Transplant…

Natalie Cole has a new lease on life.

Natalie underwent kidney transplant surgery in L.A. on
Tuesday and is now “resting comfortably,” according to
her rep.

Natalie, has struggled with kidney problems while undergoing
treatment for hepatitis C, which she was diagnosed with a
year ago.

“The kidney came from a deceased organ donor through the
regional organ procurement agency, One Legacy,” Natalie’s
rep said in a statement. In February, Natalie was hopeful
that her son Robert might be a possible donor match.

Natalie, who has undergone kidney dialysis three times a week
since September, is expected to spend the next three to four
months recuperating. She plans to reschedule her summer tour
dates in support of her album Still Unforgettable.

Pete Wentz Angry At ‘Stalker’ Site…

Rocker Pete Wentz has publicly chastised the owners of a
celebrity Web site after they alerted readers to his exact
location during a day out with his wife, Ashlee, and their
baby son.

Pete was furious after learning Gawker.com published a
story detailing his whereabouts as he and his partner
took little Bronx Mowgli to visit a park in New York City
on Tuesday.

Pete insists he can put up with criticism of his music
and even his public persona, but stories about his child
are an invasion of privacy.

He writes on his official blog, “You disgust me. It doesn’t
really bug me that I get called a short, talent less,
annoying douche bag on the Internet. Sometimes it’s even
funny. But I don’t want a GPS on my kid. We don’t parade
him around. We don’t call the paparazzi on ourselves. For
most part we try and make his life as normal as possible.
It’s completely irresponsible and dangerous to my son for
you to do the opposite and write where he is at any given
time.

“I doubt what you are doing is illegal. But it surely is
unethical. I wonder what you’ll say the day someone gets
hurt in ‘real life’ (you know that place next to your
keyboard) based on your minute by minute ‘gawker stalker’
sightings.”

Kelly has been secretly videotaping her estranged husband
while he cares for their 2-year-old son.

Kelly and German businessman Daniel Giersch split late last
year but agreed to share custody of Hermes.

Kelly sought to prove her ex-husband leaves his swimming pool
uncovered during a three-day surveillance operation last week.

In court documents to accompany the tape, Kelly writes,
“Hermes is very young, very active, not water safe and, in a
moment’s notice, could fall into the swimming pool.

But Giersch has filed a response insisting, “Hermes is not in
any danger whatsoever with regard to my pool because I have the
pool fully covered with an automatic pool cover. Hermes has no
access to the pool area unless I take him to the pool myself.”

A Los Angeles court has ordered Giersch to cover his pool, and
the former couple will return to court on Friday to discuss their
custody dispute further.
