Paul McCartney Denies “Gay Lennon” Claims…

Paul McCartney has furiously dismissed claims his former
Beatles band mate John Lennon wanted a gay relationship
with him.

Author Philip Norman claims in a new biography, ‘John Lennon:
The Life’, that the late star lusted over McCartney.

But the singer is adamant Lennon did not have homosexual
tendencies but admits they often shared a bed. McCartney says,
“I don’t think (the gay claims) are true. John never ever tried
anything, I slept with him a million times.

“I’ve seen him on tour roaring drunk, out of his mind in the
early days before he sobered up and went to rehab. Roaring drunk
and it was always with a female.

“If you’ve got a little gay tendency and your roaring drunk I’d
have caught him once.”

‘Lost’ Star Kim Avoids Jail Time…

‘Lost’ star Daniel Dae Kim has avoided jail after a judge
sentenced him to community service following his DUI arrest
last year.

Daniel, who plays Jin-Soo Kwon in the hit series, was detained
in Honolulu, Hawaii in October after police spotted him
driving erratically.

Kim pleaded no contest to driving under the influence (DUI)
charges at a Hawaii court on Friday.

He has been ordered to serve 72 hours of community service
and pay a fine as well as court costs. Kim’s driver’s licence
has also been suspended for six months.

After the hearing Kim, 40, insisted he had learnt his lesson,
telling reporters, “I’m just grateful and relieved that this
matter has been resolved. It’s been a pretty difficult time
for my family and me. But I’m glad I had a chance to take
responsibility for my mistake.”

Jolie & Pitt Set Up Ethiopia Children’s Hospital

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt donated $2 million to set up a
children’s hospital in Ethiopia.

The clinic will target kids suffering from tuberculosis, HIV
and AIDS. The pair chose Ethiopia because it’s where their
three-year-old adopted daughter Zahara was born.

Jolie and Pitt said in a statement, “It is our hope when Zahara
is older she will take responsibility of the clinic and continue
its mission.

“Our goal is to transfer the success we have had in Cambodia to
Ethiopia where people are needlessly dying of tuberculosis, a
curable disease, and HIV/AIDS, a treatable disease.

“The fact that poor people continue to die in our world today
of TB, a curable disease, because of lack of access to drugs
and care is unacceptable,”

Jennifer Hudson is set to marry her boyfriend David Otunga,
after David proposed on Friday night.

Otunga popped the question with a Neil Lane-designed diamond
ring on Oscar winner Hudson’s 27th birthday.

Hudson’s representative says, “I can confirm that Jennifer
got engaged to her boyfriend David on Friday night in
Los Angeles.”

Former ‘Star Trek’ actor George Takei has wed longtime partner
Brad Altman.

The couple exchanged turquoise wedding bands during the ceremony
at the Democracy Forum of the Japanese American National Museum
in Los Angeles on Sunday.

Takei, 71, and Altman, 54, who have been together for 21 years,
exchanged vows in front of 200 guests.

They now plan to honeymoon in Argentina and Peru.

The couple announced they were to wed after new legislation over-
turned a ban on same-sex marriages in the California in May.

Halle’s ex, Eric Benet: ‘I wasn’t a sex addict’

Singer Eric Benet insists the sex addiction that ended his
marriage to Halle Berry was all made up.

Benet admits he agreed to seek counseling for a problem he
never had in a desperate bid to save his marriage to the actress.

He says, “Going to that therapy, for me, was an attempt to save
my marriage.

“If you’ve been unfaithful in a relationship, or your marriage,
you’re considered a sex addict now. I never really agreed with
that philosophy.”

Benet’s infidelity eventually ended his relationship with Berry.
The couple, who wed in 2001, were divorced four years later.

The rocker who is disappointed after finding out his latest
song from a movie was used to promote a soft drink?

It’s The White Stripes star Jack White… Jack teamed up with
Alicia Keys to write and record the theme song, ‘Another Way
To Die’ for upcoming James Bond film, ‘Quantum Of Solace’.

But White was left reeling when it made its debut on an ad
for drinks giant Coca Cola.

A spokesman for Jack says, “Jack White was commissioned by
Sony Pictures to write a theme song for the James Bond film
Quantum Of Solace, not for Coca Cola. Any other use of the
song is based on decisions made by others, not by Jack White.

“We are disappointed that you first heard the song in a co-
promotion for Coke Zero, rather than in its entirety.”
