Nick Cannon Accuses Eminem Of ‘Racial Bigotry’ Over Mariah…

Nick Cannon has launched a bitter attack on Eminem accusing him
of “racial bigotry” over a derogatory new track which mentions
his wife Mariah Carey.

Nick, who is married to Mariah, is fuming Eminem has name-checked
him and his partner in a controversial song featured on the rap
star’s latest album Relapse.

Eminem recorded Bagpipes From Baghdad for his latest CD, in which
he comments on his alleged romance with Carey… one that she
vehemently denies.

In the track, Eminem raps, “Nick Cannon better back the f**k up.
I’m not playing, I want her back, you punk. Nick Cannon, you
pr**k, I wish you luck with that f**kin’ whore.”

But Cannon isn’t going to let the star get away with his comments
vowing that Eminem’s words will have “repercussions”.

He writes on his blog, “A mediocre (at best) Eminem record that
sounds like it was written in 2001. At first, I thought it was old
material that had been dug up from when dude ‘fantasized’ about
having a pretend fling with Mariah. … But all of a sudden I hear
my name in the verse! My first reaction was like, ‘This is his
new s**t? Wow, that’s too bad.’

“Maybe I’m going too far, but I thought we got past the days where
white men could spew vulgar obscenities at our beautiful queens
and get away with it. What’s next? Are we going to let this trash
say something horrible about our lovely first lady, Mrs. Michelle
Obama? Or would Marshall have talked sideways out of his neck like
this about Oprah Winfrey? This act of racist bigotry cannot go
unnoticed. Calling my wife a ‘c**t’ and a ‘whore’ is way worse
than anything Don Imus could have ever said. So trust, repercussions
will be served. Anybody got Al Sharpton’s number?!”

“So, Miss Marshall, I’m going to make you wish you never spoke my
name and regret the ungodly things you said about my wife. This is
going to be fun! It’s however you want it! Just remember, you did
this to yourself! Your legacy has now been tainted from this day
forth! You will now be known as the rapper who lost to corny-ass
Nick Cannon!”

The blog, which featured on Cannon’s official website, has since
been taken down due to an overload of comments.

PETA Targets Jessica Simpson Over Sea World Show…

PETA bosses have taken aim at Jessica Simpson over her plans
to perform at Sea World in San Diego, California this weekend.

PETA special projects manager Michelle Cho has written a stern
note to Jessica and her manager/father Joe, asking them to consider
pulling the concert in protest about the dolphins kept in captivity
at the tourist hotspot.

In the letter Cho writes, “As someone who is used to living in a
fishbowl and having the public weigh in on her every move, you
might like to give some thought to the animals who are forced to
be ‘on display’ their entire lives.

“Imagine being forced to do stupid tricks and swim endless circles
in a bathtub. Life for whales, dolphins, polar bears, and fish who
live in tanks and cages is like a bad reality show that plays 24/7.
There are no commercial breaks, and the show is never cancelled.

“In 2004, the stress of performing at Sea World proved to be too
much for one orca (whale) named Ky. After becoming agitated during
a show, Ky attacked and repeatedly slammed his trainer underwater as
a packed crowd looked on in horror.

“Sea World, which owns most of the captive orcas and dolphins in the
U.S., has one of the worst animal-care records in the country. Count-
less animals have lived and died in misery in these marine theme parks.

“We’re asking you to support the dolphins. Please reconsider your
decision to perform at Sea World and promise not to appear at venues
that exploit animals in the future.”

‘Titanic’ Stars Aid Ship’s Last Survivor…

Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio have proved their generosity
is of Titanic proportions – after donating $40,000 to help the
last remaining survivor from the doomed ship.

The pair, who starred as tragic lovers in the 1997 blockbuster,
along with the movie’s director James Cameron, handed over the cash
to ensure 98-year-old Millvina Dean can pay her nursing home fees.

Dean was the ship’s youngest passenger at nine months old when the
Titanic hit an iceberg and sank en-route to New York in 1912. She
is the ship’s only living survivor.

Photographer Don Mullan made an appeal to help raise money for Dean
in the Sunday edition of the Irish Independent newspaper, and also
reached out to Winslet, DiCaprio and Cameron in a bid to raise
awareness. Mullan has already set up an exhibition to raise funds.

He explains to the publication, “I figured that if the edition sold
out, it would secure Millvina for a full year. My plan, however,
was to double the impact and thereby secure her for two years.

“I decided, therefore, at the opening of the exhibition, to publicly
challenge James Cameron, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kate Winslet, 20th
Century Fox and Celine to match me dollar for dollar.”

According to reports, Mullan is still waiting to be contacted by
Celine Dion, who won an Oscar for the movie’s theme song My Heart
Will Go On.

Christian Bale Forced Terminator Rewrite…

Christian Bale forced writers of ‘Terminator Salvation’ to
rework the script to give him a bigger part – as the British
actor was determined to play the iconic role of John Connor
in the sci-fi franchise.

Bale was originally offered the lead role of Marcus Wright in
the upcoming sequel, but the Batman star turned the part down,
insisting he would only play Connor in the film.

The character featured in all three previous Terminator movies
but was only set for a brief appearance in the latest outing.

So writers were ordered to revamp the script to give Bale a
bigger role. ‘Terminator Salvation’ scriptwriter John Brancato
says, “A lot of the work was integrating (Connor) into scenes…
and having that feel integral and sensible, as opposed to grafted
on just because there was a star in the part.”

The new movie hits cinemas on May 21st.
