the Internal Revenue Service filed a $125,112.86 federal tax
lien against the Vickie Lynn Marshall Estate in Los Angeles
County earlier this month.
The tax assessment took place in December 2008, and Anna passed
away in February 2007…

Kelly Osbourne Sent To Hospital…
Last night on Dancing With The Stars, during her pasa doble,
Kelly Osbourne sustained an injury to her foot serious enough
that following the show, she was sent off to Cedars-Sinai
Medical Center.
From what we hear, at the end her performance, Kelly’s shoe
buckle slammed into her foot so intensely, that it became very
difficult for her to move. She somehow made it through a group
number in bare feet, but was quickly escorted out after it was
finished.
Her partner, Louis van Amstel, explained: “At the end of our
paso doble Kelly banged her foot on the floor, which may have
caused an injury. She is at the hospital right now to take an
X-ray and an MRI to make sure she will be OK to dance. Kelly
will keep me updated on her prognosis.”

‘Big Brother’ Winner Arrested for Drug Dealing…
Adam “Baller” Jasinski won “Big Brother” in 2008, and now
he’ll be sharing living space with even more strangers behind
bars, because cops say he used his $500,000 winnings to fund
a drug dealing business.
Adam was busted Saturday night by the DEA with 2,000 oxycodone
pills during an attempted drug deal in North Reading, MA.
Adam was thrown in jail and charged with possession of
oxycodone pills with intent to distribute.
Cops say Adam admitted to funding his illegal venture with
his $500,000 winnings from the show. He’ll remain in police
custody until his next hearing on Thursday.
Adam faces up to 20 years in the slammer and a $1 million fine.

Stephen Moyer Injures His Knee…
He plays a vampire with super strength on True Blood, but
Stephen Moyer is just as fragile as the rest of us mortals
in real life.
Stephen arrived at the taping of the Spike Scream Awards
in Los Angeles Saturday night with his fiancé Anna Paquin,
walking with a cane due to a torn meniscus he acquired
while playing with his kids.
“I’d like to say it as some kind of thrusting, sexy injury,”
joked Stephen, who picked up the award for best horror actor.
“But it really isn’t.” Stephen has two children from previous
relationships.
Despite “feeling great,” Stephen said, “my doctors told me I
wasn’t allowed to not use the cane. So I thought if I’m going
to have it I may as well use it at the Spike Awards.” And it
seems he’s taken a liking to his accessory. “I might just keep
it forever,” Stephen said.

Melissa Rycroft Diagnosed with Swine Flu…
Former Bachelor star and Dancing with the Stars contestant
Melissa Rycroft has the swine flu.
“I am indeed recovering from a bout of the H1N1 flu virus,”
Melissa said. “Like most people who become infected, I
thought I had a mild case of the common flu, but when my
symptoms exacerbated, I immediately went to the hospital
where I was diagnosed with H1N1 and given the proper
medications to cure the infection.”
Despite the hysteria created by the virus, Melissa stresses
that beating the bug isn’t difficult if proper measures are
taken.
“I want to stress to people how easy it is to battle this flu
when you take the proper steps, such as seeking the care of a
doctor,” she said. “I’m a clear case demonstrating that by
paying diligent attention to your health, it’s easy to overcome
this illness and be healthy again.”

Housewives’ Bethenny Frankel Is Pregnant…
Bethenny Frankel, who got engaged to her boyfriend Jason Hoppy
just a few days ago, is pregnant with her first child.
Although The Real Housewives of New York City star had hoped to
wait until she was further along to break the news, online buzz
on PerezHilton.com caused her to reveal that she’s roughly two
months pregnant. “It’s premature to be telling people this,” she
says while fighting back tears.
Though she knows she can hardly keep secrets now that she’s a
reality star, Bethenny, says she’d hoped to keep the news
private a bit longer. “It’s not like, ‘Did I Get Botox?’ It’s not
the way I wanted it to get out,” she says. “I haven’t even gone
through my first trimester. We haven’t even heard the heartbeat.
My fiancé’s parents didn’t even know.”
She and Jason are “both so excited,” says Bethenny. Still, she
adds that because the pregnancy is early, “I am praying everything
is okay but I don’t know that yet.”

Man Formally Charged in Lindsay and Audrina Burglaries…
The suspected burglar caught on video breaking into the homes of
Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge has been formally charged with
two felonies, Los Angeles prosecutors announced Tuesday.
If convicted, Calabasas, Calif. native Nicholas Prugo, 18, faces
up to six years in state prison. He was arrested last month and
is free on $100,000 bail.
Nicholas is accused of breaking into Audrina’s house on Feb. 23 and
allegedly taking more than $43,000 in jewelry and designer clothes.
Lindsay’s home was burglarized on Aug. 23 and an estimated $128,000
in jewelry, designer clothes and accessories were taken.
Prugo is expected to enter a plea on Nov. 11.
