Mad Men’s Christina Hendricks Gets Engaged…

Christina Hendricks, 33,  who plays the bombshell head
secretary on AMC’s Emmy-winning ‘Mad Men’, is engaged to actor
Geoffrey Arend, her rep said.

Arend, 30, plays an ad man on TNT’s upcoming drama ‘Trust Me’,
which premieres in January.  The couple has not yet set a
wedding date.

Naomi Watts & Liev Schreiber Have a Baby Boy

Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber welcomed their second child on
Saturday. No name has been released yet.

“I can confirm Naomi and Liev had a baby boy yesterday,” said
the actress’s rep.

A couple since 2005, Watts, 40, and Schreiber, 41, already have
a baby boy, Alexander Pete Schreiber, born July 26, 2007.

Earlier this year, Watts boasted of her first-born, “He’s turning
pages in the book. He’s crawling and standing up. He can wave. I
read Goodnight Moon to him every night.”

Jennifer Hudson Cancels Video Shoot…

The Oscar-winning actress/singer was due to start shooting
the promo for her latest single, If It Isn’t Love, in October
but was forced to scrap the plans and return to her native Chicago
after her mother, brother and nephew were killed.

Darnell Donerson and Jason Hudson were found shot dead at their
home in the city. Hudson’s nephew Julian King, seven, was found
dead three days later. The star’s estranged brother-in-law has
been charged with all three murders.

Earlier this week, Hudson announced she would begin filming the
postponed project next week, but has now reportedly put the plans
on hold once again, after deciding she is not yet ready to
face work.

A source says, “The video was set up before the tragedy and she
felt like she should finish what she started, but she’s realized
that she’s not ready to go back to work. It’s too early.”

A rep for Hudson has confirmed the shoot will not be taking place,
but insisted that plans to start filming next week were never
finalized, saying: “The video shoot was never confirmed.”

Tara Reid Checks Into Rehab…

“Tara Reid has checked herself into Promises Treatment Center.
We appreciate your respect to her and her family’s privacy at
this time,” the actress’s rep Jack Ketsoyan said in a statement.

The rep would not reveal what Reid, 33, is being treated for.

A friend of the troubled actress says she headed to the treat-
ment facility a week ago.

“Her friends and family are supportive of her decision,” says
the friend. “She checked in herself – it was her decision.”

It is unclear if Reid, who launched the fashion line Mantra in
September, will spend the holidays at Promises.

In an interview with People Magazine in October, Reid said she
was a “social drinker” who enjoyed an occasional glass of wine
with friends.

Asked if she was ever tempted to fall back into old habits, the
actress said: “No. I’ve done it. Trust me. I’ve done enough for
a lifetime of everything. I’ve had a great time. I partied. I
had fun. I ate and drank whatever. I dated a million guys, but
I’m so happy with where I’m at right now. I don’t need to do
anything anymore.”

Charlie Sheen’s Daughters Unharmed in Car Wreck…

Charlie Sheen and ex Denise Richards’s daughters are unharmed
after being involved in a car accident Friday in Malibu, his
rep reported.

“Charlie told me that the girls are fine,” said publicist Stan
Rosenfield. “He said it could have been much worse. They were in
their car seats, and he is extremely grateful for the safety
features from Mercedes.”

The girls, Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, were being driven in a Mercedes
SUV around 3:30 p.m. when a Honda Civic made a turn in front of
them, sparking a four-car collision, Sgt. Evans of the L.A.
Sheriff’s Department confirms. The girls’ nanny was driving.

“The only person injured was the driver of the Honda,” Sgt.
Evans said. “There was no crime committed.”

A rep for Richards had no comment.

Whitney Denies Remarriage To Bobby…

Whitney Houston has denied reports she’s planning to remarry
ex-husband Bobby Brown.

The couple ended their 15-year union in 2007, but recent reports
suggested they have rekindled their romance, after they were
spotted enjoying a romantic dinner together in Georgia last month.

There has even been speculation a second marriage is on the
horizon for the pair.

A source reportedly close to Brown said, “Bobby and Whitney
actually see each other a lot. And he’s been telling his family
that he and Whitney are going to get married a second time,”
adding, “Bobby is already talking about another reality series
showing him getting back together with Whitney - a sort of
‘Being Bobby Brown Part 2.’”

But a spokesperson for Whitney denies she is talking to Brown
about remarriage, insisting their “primary interest is the well-
being of their daughter”.

The celebrity who is under police investigation after allegedly
scuffling with a contestant on her reality TV show?

It’s Sharon Osbourne… Contestant Megan Hauserman claims Sharon
assaulted her during a recording of the show ‘Rock Of Love:
Charm School’ the reunion special on Saturday.

Sharon is said to have flipped when Hauserman insulted her by
saying she is only famous because of her marriage to Black
Sabbath singer Ozzy Osbourne.

The rock matriarch allegedly ran across the stage, grabbed
Hauserman by the hair, and scratched her.

The pair had to be pulled apart by security guards. Hauserman
went to hospital the following afternoon and filed a report
with the Los Angeles Police Department that night.

Authorities have confirmed Osbourne is a suspect in a minor
battery allegation but that no charges have been filed.
