Patrick’s not leaving Grey’s Anatomy, but he’s keeping the
costume for a new movie.

Patrick Dempsey is joining the all-star cast of Pretty Woman
director Garry Marshall’s latest romantic comedy, Valentine’s
Day, which also features the filmmaker’s original pretty woman,
Julia Roberts, as well as Anne Hathaway, Jessica Alba, Jessica
Biel, Jennifer Garner, Shirley MacLaine, Bradley Cooper, Ashton
Kutcher, Topher Grace, Emma Roberts (Julia’s niece) and Hector
Elizondo (a Marshall staple), according to reports, Patrick’s
Grey’s costar, Eric Dane, will also appear.

The movie’s multiple plots involve five various but connected
stories in Los Angeles, where shooting started this week.
Patrick’s role is that of an obstetrician dating Jennifer
Garner’s character, who is unaware he’s married.

Lohan Sued Over Tanning Spray…

Lindsay has been targeted in a new lawsuit accusing the
actress of stealing the formula for her new tanning spray.

Lindsay launched her tanning lotion Sevin Nyne in April,
touting it as the secret to her glowing complexion.

Lindsay claims she has spent three years developing the
product with Lorit Simon, a Las Vegas entrepreneur who
tans Hollywood A-listers.

St. Petersburg, Fla.-based chemist Jennifer Sunday claims
she showed Lorit her tanning mist samples in January and
she alleges the pair stole the formula.

According to federal court documents filed in Tampa, Fla.,
Jennifer is suing the pair for breach of contract, theft
of trade secrets, civil conspiracy, intentional
interference with contractual relations and deceptive and
unfair trade -practices.

“We are certainly looking for the profits that are being
generated right now from that product,” Jennifer’s lawyer,
Marcia Cohen, told the Times. “If Ms. Lohan and Ms. Simon
and their companies and their shareholders are profiting
from the theft of my client’s formula and are profiting
from that product, my client is entitled to those proceeds.”

Laverne And Shirley Star Arrested For DUI!

Eddie Mekka, the actor behind Carmine “The Big Ragoo” Ragusa
on Laverne and Shirley, was arrested on suspicion of DUI last
Friday in Vegas after a car wreck!!

According to reports, Las Vegas Police arrived on the scene
sometime after 12:30 PM after getting a call about a
“suspected drunk driver” who was in an accident.

No injuries were reported to police, but Eddie was arrested
on suspicion of DUI after what we assume was a failed
sobriety test.

Fellow 70’s sitcom Actress Joyce DeWitt, aka Janet on Three’s
Company, was also arrested for a suspected DUI on Saturday!

Angelina New Face Of Armani Perfume?…

Angelina Jolie has reportedly signed with top fashion house
Emporio Armani to become the face of their new perfume.

She is said to be fronting the advertising campaign for the
as-yet-unknown fragrance and insiders claim she is proving to
be a hands-on spokesmodel.

A source said,” “For this fragrance push, they needed a true
A-lister, and Angelina is the biggest, most dynamic female star
in the world.

“She’s giving a lot of input on that stuff (ad campaign)
already, picking the photographers and directors. The campaign
is going to be bold.”

And rumors have already begun spreading about Jolie possibly
teaming up with Armani’s other famous spokesmodel, soccer
star David Beckham, for a steamy shoot.

Another insider says, “When you have David Beckham and
Angelina Jolie signed up to your fashion house, it’s a
no-brainer to link them up.

“They appeal to a diverse audience and a collaboration would
create so much publicity it would push Armani head and shoulders
above their rivals. There are a few contract issues to be
addressed but marketing experts are being tasked with coming
up with clever ideas for a print campaign.”

Beckham can currently be seen modeling Armani underwear in
sizzling new ads with his wife Victoria Beckham, who fronts the
designer’s lingerie line.

Harry Potter Star Gets the Swine Flu…

It seems that there’s no magic spell against the swine flu.

Rupert Grint, who plays Harry Potter’s pal Ron Weasley,
caught the notorious bug while filming the latest movie in
the wizard series but was well enough to attend Tuesday’s
London premiere of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.

“It has just been confirmed that Rupert Grint has taken a
few days out of filming due to a mild bout of swine flu,”
his rep says in a statement. “He has now recovered and is
looking forward to joining his fellow cast members at the
premieres this week and will then return to filming directly
afterwards.”

Rupert’s doctor determined that the actor is not contagious,
the rep adds.

Filmmakers of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows were
able to shoot around Rupert’s absence and no production
days were lost, the rep says.

Bret Michaels’s Tour Bus Struck in Crash…

Bret Michaels just can’t catch a break.

Bret, who sustained facial injuries during the opening number
of the June 7 Tony Awards, was involved in a highway accident
after a car lost control and hit his tour bus in Canada over
the weekend.

According to a statement on Michaels’s Web site, Bret, was on
his way to St. Paul, Minn., on July 4 after performing at
Toronto’s Molson Amphitheater when a car “lost control and
slid into the side of Mr. Michaels’s tour bus causing a five
car pile-up on the roadway.”

No injuries were reported, and Bret and his crew were
“released from the scene” after an investigation.

Bret was supposed to perform solo at the Taste of Minnesota
music festival – but is now expected to rejoin his band Poison
on tour on Tuesday in Harford, Conn.

At the Tonys, Bret suffered a fractured nose and split lip
after he was hit by a piece of scenery as it descended from
the ceiling. Though he railed against the show’s producers,
the rocker decided not to press charges. “There’sno lawsuit,”
he said at the time. “I’m taking the high road.”

The actor and his friend Zach Shields will release their debut
album on Oct. 6, under the name Dead Man’s Bones. The self-
titled disc will come out on indie label Anti Records, and
feature contributions from the Silverlake Conservatory
Children’s Choir, an L.A.-based children’s chorus. A concept
record of sorts, Dead Man’s Bones took about two years to
complete, Ryan comments.

“You know when you’re a kid and you get crayons and papers and
just draw whatever you want and it’s just a bunch of messy
lines, but to you it makes sense, and then they put it on the
fridge,” Gosling said of the project at the time. “We wanted
to get back to that place before we were trying to make the
fridge. We wanted to work with people who hadn’t been affected
in that way yet.”
