Here’s the Scoop….

It’s been crazier than usual around here. We finally settled
on a new office to move to and the coordination is crazy.

It’s brand new space so they need to do a build out of the
space and TZ and I are on the planning committee and have
been meeting with the developer.

I think we worked out a VERY nice layout and today we’re
going to pick out the colors of the carpeting, tile, and
cabinets. I’m thinking green shag

We have an extremely tight schedule because we have to be
out of our current offices by October 31st. I feel proud
of myself… I spent the last two Saturday’s going through
old files and getting rid of things I don’t need.

I have packed up five boxes and basically have just what’s
on my desk left, which I’ll throw in a box the last day.

Nothing like moving to purge out the old stuff. I had files
from back in 1996 when we were doing TV commercials. I threw
out all the old scripts and notes and all the old tapes.

Amazing we used to do things on video tapes. Now it’s all CDs.

Sharon Stone Update… Lawyer: Stone Didn’t Lose Custody…
According to her lawyers, Sharon Stone did not lose physical
custody of her young son with ex-husband Phil Bronstein.

Documents detailing a custody hearing earlier this month state,
Bronstein would “have permanent sole physical custody of child.
(The) court finds that respondent Sharon Stone failed to meet her
burden of proof and denies respondent’s (Stone’s) request for
modification of custody.”

But the documents also stated: “Custody, visitation, holiday and
vacation schedule shall remain in place as outlined on 10/4/07
order,” - a document which stated that Stone had joint physical
and legal custody of her son Roan.

The only reason that the case went to court again was in an
attempt to get her son to move to a school in California,
according to Sharon’s lawyer.

Marty Singer says, “The court order of 2007 provided that Roan was
to go to school in San Francisco. Sharon went to court to try and
modify the existing order.

“She wanted the court to modify the order so her child could go
to school in Los Angeles. But the court felt that, for whatever
reason, that she did not meet a burden to move him out of San
Francisco during the school year.

Kelsey Grammer Receives Death Threats…
Former ‘Frasier’ star Kelsey Grammer has received a string of
death threats over his political views.

Kelsey, who is a staunch supporter of the Republican Party,
admits he is often targeted by members of the public who are
unhappy about his outspoken opinions.

He says, “I’ve had death threats, stuff like that… mostly for
my political views. They say ‘I should kill you’.

“I do think people are entitled to different opinions but one
of them was really adamant about it. It was about ten years ago.
I’m trying to remember what it was that they were upset about.
It was an odd thing from a weird person.”

And Kelsey insists that he has also been victimized for his
religious beliefs.

He adds, “I’m a Christian Scientist but I’m not a full blown
practicing one. I actually visit doctors and I do take
medication.

“But a lot of the principles of my approach to faith are
rooted in that, which is pretty much mind over matter - if
you want to reduce it to one thing.”

Drew Hooks Up With ‘Gossip Girl’ Star…
Drew Barrymore has sparked new romance rumors after she was
spotted smooching with “Gossip Girl” star Ed Westwick at a
recent Kings Of Leon concert in New York.

Reports suggest the pair hooked up for a “full-on make-out
session” at the band’s Webster Hall show on Tuesday night,
before heading off to a nearby bar together.

An eyewitness says, “Drew was hanging all over Ed. There was
definite chemistry.”

Sources claim it’s the second time newly single Barrymore, 33,
has enjoyed the company of the 21-year-old Brit.

The pair also spent Saturday night together, at another New
York hot spot with actress Ellen Page and “Into the Wild” star
Emile Hirsch.

Drew recently split from boyfriend Justin Long.

Anthony Edwards Blasts Clooney’s “ER” Snub…
“E.R” actor Anthony Edwards has blasted former castmate
George Clooney for snubbing the chance to appear in the
show’s last season.

Despite repeated rumors he will join a collection of the
show’s past and present cast, including Edwards and Noah
Wyle, when the show bows out later this year, Clooney’s
representative insists, “He is on record as saying he is not
coming back. It is something he has already done.”

But Anthony, who played Dr. Mark Greene in the show for eight
years, is hoping the star will change his mind.

He says, “He’d be a fool not to do it.”

Anthony’s character, Dr. Greene, died of a brain tumor during
season eight. He will appear in flashback scenes in the 15th
and final season.

Johnny Depp To Play Captain Jack For 4th Outing…
Johnny Depp will star as Captain Jack Sparrow in a fourth
‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ film, it has been confirmed.

The Disney trilogy, based on a ride at the company’s theme
parks, has grossed an amazing $2.6 billion at the box office,
in no small part thanks to Depp’s turn as the unorthodox
Captain Jack.

And his return to the high seas has been confirmed as Disney
unveiled its upcoming slate of films at the Kodak Theatre in
Los Angeles.

Johnny will also star as the Mad Hatter in Tim Burton’s take
on ‘Alice in Wonderland’ as well as taking the role of Tonto
in a cinematic version of ‘The Lone Ranger’, Variety reports.

against several unnamed people for writing a series of online
entries, pretending to be the singer and his girlfriend, Erin
Brady. He is seeking unspecified damages.
