Biggest Loser’s Danny Cahill may have dropped 239 pounds, but
he still plans to go under the knife to lose more.

The reality show winner, who went from 430 to 191 pounds, shows
off his flabby stomach on daytime TV show ‘The Doctors.’

“Everyone wants to know, ‘What did you do with all the skin?’
It’s still there!” Danny says.

Armed with a marker, the doctors illustrate how they’d tighten
up his bod: cutting out a triangle-shaped area of skin between
his pubic bone and his belly button, and a breast lift to “tuck”
the extra fat in.

They then offer Danny the surgery for free. “We can do your tummy
and your breasts at the same time!” said one of the physicians
onthe show, Dr. Drew Ordon.

Cahill lost the most weight in Biggest Loser history to earn the
$250,000 prize on the eighth season of the ABC show.

Fall Out Boy: Calling It Quits – for Now…

It looks like the members of Fall Out Boy may be on the outs
for good.

After months of speculation, Pete Wentz and Patrick Stump
have confirmed that their band, Fall Out Boy, is not together
at this time.

“As far as I know,” bassist Pete wrote on his blog Tuesday,
“Fall Out Boy is on break … I can’t predict that I’d ever
play in Fall Out Boy again.”

Meanwhile, frontman Patrick issued a more definitive statement.
“I’m not in Fall Out Boy right now.” Pete added via Twitter
that to continue in the band, “Something would have to change
in my head or my heart – not my wallet. It’d have to be real.”

And this is a real ending, at least according to Pete, who
Tweeted, “A hiatus is forever until you get lonely or old,
[and] I don’t plan on either.”

But the musicians aren’t without fond memories of their time
together. The guys say the breakup is amicable, and they
don’t completely rule out a reunion or even a new incarnation
for the group.

Katie Price (aka Jordan) Weds in Vegas…

Less than a year after splitting from her ex-husband, British
model Katie Price again tied the knot. This time to her
marital-arts fighter boyfriend.

Katie, and Alex Reid, 34, married Tuesday in the Wynn’s Las
Vegas Wedding Salon in a quick, but planned ceremony.

“They were scurrying around all day, shopping for rings and
prepping for the wedding,” a source says.

The couple arrived in Las Vegas Monday night and checked into
a suite at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. Only three hours
after touching down, the two applied for a marriage license,
setting in motion Tuesday’s nuptials.

Katie, also known in the U.K. as Jordan, recently divorced
British singer Peter Andre, with whom she costarred on the E!
reality show Katie and Peter.

90210 Star Ian Ziering Engaged…

Ahead of the Valentine’s Day rush, Beverly Hills, 90210’s Ian
Ziering has changed his Facebook status from being “in a
relationship” to “engaged.”

“Her name is Erin Kristine Ludwig,” Ian, says. “She’s a nurse,
we’re planning a spring wedding and we’ve been together since
Labor Day 09.”

This will be the second marriage for Ian, who played Steve
on the hit show in the ’90s and was a Dancing with the Stars
celebrity dancer (with Cheryl Burke) its fourth season. A 1997
first marriage, to model-actress Nikki Schieler Ziering, ended
in divorce in 2002.

Michael Jackson’s Doctor Prepares for Charges This Week…

Michael Jackson’s personal physician could face criminal charges
as early as Friday, his attorney says.

Dr. Conrad Murray’s criminal defense attorney, J. Michael
Flanagan, says his client is in Los Angeles and prepared to go
to court. “He’ll be available,” the lawyer says.

Flanagan says he couldn’t confirm media reports that Murray would
be charged with involuntary manslaughter for allegedly
administering the hospital-strength anesthetic propofol in
Michael’s home.

L.A. County coroner’s officials found lethal levels of propofol
in Jackson’s body.

Authorities have seized cell phones and computer records from
Murray’s home and office as part of the investigation into the
death of the entertainer last June at age 50.

Jennifer Aniston to Host Benefit for Haiti…

Jennifer Aniston is rounding up her friends for a night at the
movies, for Haiti relief. A rep for Jennifer confirms that the
actress will be hosting a benefit screening to raise money for
AmeriCares and its efforts in earthquake-ravaged Haiti.

According to reports, her screening of the Oscar-nominated film
The Last Station takes place later this month, and will include
a cocktail reception with the director following the movie.

Ticket prices for the charity event reportedly range from $100
per ticket to $50,000.

It’s not Jen’s first foray into fundraising for Haiti. Soon
after she answered phones at the all-star Hope for Haiti Now
telethon Jan. 22, it was reported that she distributed $500,000
among various charities, including AmeriCares, Doctors Without
Borders and Partners in Health.

The hip-hop star has built up a multi-million dollar empire since
his days as a record company intern and is now CEO of Bad Boy
Records and Sean John Clothing. He is also behind the MTV reality
TV show “Making The Band,” owns a restaurant chain called
Justin’s, and enjoys a development deal with Ciroc vodka.

Now Diddy wants to teach others how to make it in the business
world with his own academy.

He tells CNN, “I want to have an academy that’s known for
building leaders. I feel that’s one of the things I can have an
impact on.” Combs is determined to be a good role model for
youngsters and is convinced launching his own school is the best
hands-on approach.

He adds, “I want to take on more responsibility. I’m still
honestly in search of how I can have the most positive effect
that I can have.”
