People magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive for 2008…

He’s a triple threat: a star who can sing, dance
and wield a weapon.

At 6 foot, 2 inches, all scruff and biceps, Hugh
looms large in the epic “Australia,” which he says
kept him dirty 95 percent of the time and left
people stammering Oh…my …God, according to
costar Nicole Kidman, who adds, “Women’s jaws
drop when Hugh walks into a room.”

Hugh’s wife of 12 years, Deborra-Lee Furness,
calls his perfect form “the Body of Doom, but I
like what’s inside…A romantic who sings ballads
at home and makes pancakes for our children. A
hard body with a soft center.”

Meanwhile, Hugh has responded modestly to news
of his sexy status. “My wife said, “I could have
toldthem that two years ago,” Then she said…
“Obviously Brad Pitt wasn’t available this year.”

Britney Spears has admitted that her marriage to Kevin
Federline was a mistake…

Britney says she wished she hadn’t walked down the aisle
with the former backing dancer in 2004 and thinks that
she may have got married for the wrong reasons.

Britney said, “Instead of following my heart and doing
what made me really happy, I just did it for the sake of
the idea of everything.”

But Britney said that her turbulent love life has helped
her music. Britney said, “Your music is a reflection
of what you’re going through. It’s such a part of me, the
record, because of what I’ve gone through.”

Having divorced Kevin this year, Britney has been getting
her life back in order. She recently won a host of MTV
music awards for her latest album and may have a new man in
her life.

Britney was photographed leaving a LA restaurant with the
manager of her favorite hairdressers this week, sparking
rumors love is on the cards.

Beyonce Checks Into Rehab For Role…

Beyonce Knowles is about as squeaky-clean as any celebrity
can be. She is fiercely protective of her privacy and isn’t
the type do experiment with drugs at a nightclub. Yet Beyonce
went to a rehab facility recently. Relax, it was for a film.

Beyonce plays soul singer Etta James in the movie “Cadillac
Records”. Etta, who is 70 years old now, experimented with
substance abuse at an early age. Beyonce wanted to tap into
that frame of mind when she began filming.

“I’ve never tried drugs in my life, so I didn’t know about it
all,’ Beyonce said. “I learned a lot about myself.”

While the visit was supposed to help Beyonce with the movie,
the experience had a profound effect on her while she made
her new album “I Am… Sasha Fierce”.

Beyonce said, “It changed my heart. It changed my way of looking
at everything, my approach to the songs I chose and the way I
sang. Before, I was still really insecure and scared and now I
have the confidence. It was like I had gone through therapy
or something.”

Beyonce is satisfied with how the trip left her and her mindset.
“I felt like a whole new woman, ready to reveal me,” Beyonce
said. “The real me.”

Winona Ryder falls ill on flight, hospitalized…

Actress Winona Ryder was taken to hospital today
after becoming ill on a flight to London…

A spokesman for Hillingdon Hospital in Uxbridge,
west London, said Winona was treated by medics
directly off the plane at Heathrow Airport.

A spokesman for British Airways said: “The captain
of the plane, which was traveling from LA to
Heathrow, requested a priority landing as a female
passenger required medical attention.”

Winona was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The plane touched down shortly before noon UK time.

British Airways also said their crew looked after
Winona as much as they could while she was on board,
and a passenger service staff member accompanied
her to the hospital.

Mel B & Kelly Monaco to Star in Topless Vegas Show…

Former “Dancing with the Stars” alumni Melanie Brown
and Kelly Monaco are trading the ballroom for a Las
Vegas stage.

Kelly and Mel B are set to star in “Peepshow,” a topless,
burlesque-style performance that is expected to open in
March at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.

Neither Mel B nor Kelly will be topless, but the showgirls
surrounding them will be. Mel B will be “scantily clad,
but in a classy way,” Mel B comments.

Kelly’s character in the show will be Little Bo Peep, a
timid and lonely girl who is guided by Mel B’s character,
Peep Diva.

“This is an original show,” Mel B tells People Magazine.
“The Peep Diva is a diva, but it’s all about empowering
Kelly’s part. This part is great for me. As a Spice Girl
I would bring guys on the stage and whip them, so I think
I’ve always been slightly naughty.”

The Dancing stars are set to star in the show for several
months. A rotation of celebrities is expected to headline
“Peepshow.”

“I’m very nervous and very excited,” says Kelly.

Kelly Osbourne Engaged!!!

Kelly Osbourne has confirmed she is set to walk down the
aisle with model boyfriend Luke Worrell after reportedly
announcing her engagement on social networking site
Facebook.com.

Rumors suggesting the pair were planning to wed have
been rampant since Kelly was photographed wearing a
diamond ring on her wedding finger.

When Kelly was asked if she had accepted Luke’s proposal
for her hand in marriage, Kelly insisted she was too
young to settle down.

Kelly, has been dating Luke for about six months.

But now, the daughter of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne and rock
matriarch Sharon Osbourne, has confirmed the reports, by
changing her profile status on Facebook from In a Relationship
to Engaged…

In January, Kelly said, “I think you have to know someone a
longtime before you give them the privilege of calling them
your boyfriend.”

Kelly’s online profile has been flooded with congratulation
messages from her famous friends.

“Ashlee is so eager to finally give birth that she may induce
labor,” her sister Jessica Simpson says.

“They’re going to have to. It’s already developing really quick,”
Jessica said Monday at a taping of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

Ashlee, described by husband Pete Wentz more than two weeks ago
as due at any moment, has already tried other ways to begin labor.

“Different foot massages and stuff,” Jessica told Ellen in the
show airing Wednesday. “I don’t know. I think she’s really just
jumping around trying everything right now.”
