Late actress Farrah Fawcett will continue her charity
work even after her tragic death - the star set aside
part of her fortune to help victims of domestic abuse,
according to reports.

Farrah passed away on Thursday after losing her three-year
battle with cancer at the age of 62.

Farrah, who starred as an abused woman in 1984 TV movie ‘The
Burning Bed’, remained dedicated to helping victims of
domestic abuse right up until her death - and has provided
money for her favorite charities in her will.

Word is Farrah’s estate will donate thousands of dollars to
shelters for abused women.

Paula Abdul is working on a Michael Jackson tribute
performance for an upcoming episode of TV show ‘So
You Think You Can Dance.’

Paula, an acclaimed choreographer, has teamed up with
TV show creator Nigel Lythgoe for the dancing special,
which will air once the duo has been given permission
to use Jackson’s songs.

In a post on Twitter.com, Lythgoe writes, “There is a
problem clearing Michael’s music at the moment… These
things take time to organize, clear and choreograph.”

She says, “I think they’re trying to create something new

spending six days in hospital suffering from the flu.

Paris Hilton’s great aunt, 92, has been battling ill health

Country music star Josh Turner has become a dad for the second

Hampton Otis a little brother.

received notice his wife was in labor just hours after the

had the baby. We finished the album last Thursday at 6:00 p.m.
After I got home, Jennifer went into labor and we were at the

timing… I’m just a proud daddy right now. Hampton loves being

It’s Evan Rachel Wood… The actress is set to take on the role
of Mary Jane Watson in the new musical “Spider Man: Turn Off
the Dark” on Broadway, which will debut in February.

U2 front man Bono and guitarist The Edge are writing new music
for the musical, and Wood found herself giving them tips at a
recent meeting.

She says, “I was like, ‘Bono, I know you want to save the world
and everything, but in this song you’re talking about poverty
and world hunger and it’s Broadway. Can we lighten this up a
bit, can I just not sing this?’

US Weekly is reporting that the biological father of Michael
Jackson’s kids is Arnold Klein, Jackson’s L.A. based dermatologist
that was the former boss of Debbie Rowe.

“He is the dad,” says a Jackson insider. “He and Debbie signed
an agreement saying they would never reveal the truth.”

Though neither Rowe nor Jackson ever confessed to their kids’
true lineage, she did admit in 2002 that she carried his children
as a personal favor (and would not confirm that the marriage was
ever consummated).

“I said, ‘Let me do this. You need to be a dad. You have been
so good to me,’” Rowe — who met Jackson when she was a nurse’s
assistant in the 1980s — has said.

In a statement, Dr. Klein’s attorney Richard L. Charnley tells

Fred Travalena…  Known as the man of 1,000 voices and faces,
and as one of the top impressionists in the world has passed
away after a seven year battle with cancer.

Fred passed away Sunday due to a recurrence of an aggressive
form of Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. He was 66.

And of course Billy Mays, the ultimate TV pitchman. He was
only 50.

Michael Jackson’s Final Rehearsal To Air?…

The final rehearsal for Michael Jackson’s planned concert
tour will likely be broadcast internationally.

A source at Anschutz Entertainment Group, the Los Angeles-
based concert promotion and touring company that was staging
Jackson’s comeback.

It was not immediately clear whether the company intends to
distribute the rehearsal performance to theaters or whether
it is planning a television special.

According to the reports, the rehearsal was shot with multiple
“state-of-the-art” cameras (presumably meaning high-definition
equipment) and the audio was captured in SurroundSound.
Besides Jackson, the material also included performances by
dancers, musicians and aerial performers.

Illusionist Ed Alonzo told USA Today “It was incredible.
His moves were dead-on — the same Michael Jackson we [saw]
through the years in music videos. … Every song he was doing
was not just singing, but surrounded by huge production,
gigantic spiders and 20-foot puppets. I feel I was so blessed
to see the only performance of this concert.”

The rehearsal was reportedly taped at the Staples Center in Los
Angeles on June 24, the day before Jackson’s death. The AEG
source said that the video could also be released as a DVD and
the audio, as a live CD. “We have a live album in the can,” an
AEG official boasted.

John Landis To Continue Fighting For ‘Thriller’ Revenue…

Moviemaker John Landis is refusing to let Michael Jackson’s
death stop his bid to gain back royalties he claims he’s owed
for his work on the ‘Thriller’ video.

Landis, who directed the video and co-wrote the epic promo’s
script, filed suit against Jackson in January (09), claiming
he’s owed cash for Thriller’s spin-offs.

In his suit, he alleges he has a deal in place with the superstar,
which entitles him to 50 per cent of the net profits from the
video and related material.

The lawsuit was filed after reports suggested Jackson had sold the
rights to the promo to executives at the Nederlander Organization,
who plan to turn ‘Thriller’ into a Broadway spectacular.

In a statement released at the end of January, a spokesman for
Nederlander said, “We’re confident that these past differences
can be worked out.”

But Landis insists he’s still fighting for unpaid profits from the
video and a making-of documentary.

He said, “Despite Michael’s tragic death, the Thriller lawsuit
continues.”

Landis was one of the first celebrities to pay tribute to Jackson,
he said, “He (Jackson) had a troubled and complicated life and,
despite his gift, he remains a tragic figure… I will always have
great affection for him.”

Evander Holyfield’s Georgia Home Facing…

Former boxing champion Evander Holyfield is facing foreclosure
on his Georgia mansion, according to a new report.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution claims the Evander’s 109-room
estate in Fayette County is due to be auctioned off on July 7th
after he defaulted on a $10 million loan used to help pay for
the lavish property.

The home, which boasts an Olympic-sized swimming pool, bowling
alley and movie theatre, costs more than $1 million a year to
maintain - but Holyfield is refusing to sell off the pad.

His former accountant Sam Gainer says, “To attack that house in
any way, or suggest he get rid of it… that’s just not going
to fly (not an option) with him. That’s his trophy, his symbol
of success.”

It’s the second of Holyfield’s homes to face the auction block…
 another Fayette property is also under foreclosure with debts
on that house amounting to $216,000

Alan Cumming has been confirmed as Norm Osborn/The Green
Goblin in Julie Taymor’s ambitious new Spider-Man musical.

Alan will play the villain of ‘SpiderMan: Turn Off the Dark
on Broadway’ next February, opposite Evan Rachel Wood, who
will portray the SpiderMan alter-ego Peter Parker’s love
interest Mary Jane Watson in the production, which will feature
new music composed by U2 stars Bono and The Edge.

There’s still no word on who will play the lead, but Wood is eager
to land her Across The Universe co-star Jim Sturgess as the

I will NEVER forget the first time I saw him moonwalk. It was on
a Motown special honoring Barry Gordy. I got chills.

blogger Perez Hilton for attacking his wife, Fergie, in
“hateful” online stories.

Farrah Fawcett Dies of Cancer…

Farrah Fawcett died Thursday at St. John’s Health Center in
Los Angeles after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was 62.

The Charlie’s Angels star revealed she had anal cancer in
2006. The following year, she held a press conference to
announce she was in remission, but her cancer returned
shortly after.

After undergoing alternative treatments in Germany, Farrah
was treated at an L.A.-area hospital in April when her
cancer spread to her liver.

“Im holding on to the hope that there is some reason I got
cancer and that there is something, that may not be very
clear to me right now, that I will do,” Farrah said during
an interview for the NBC documentary Farrah’s Story that
chronicled her three-year battle with the disease.

Farrah also added, “Everybody says they’re praying for me,
so I have to get well… when that many people pray!”

This week, Ryan O’Neal, Farrah’s on-again/off-again actor
boyfriend of 27 years, announced that they will wed.

“I’ve asked her to marry me, again, and she’s agreed,”
Ryan said, adding that the two will tie the knot “as soon
as she can say yes.”

In May, Ryan said that he had fallen more in love with
Farrah as he watched her bravely battle cancer.

“I know this, that in the last two years I loved her more
than I’ve ever loved her — ever,” Ryan said. “She’s so
much more of a woman … powerful, courageous, fearless
and all those adjectives. And I look at her with awe.”

Throughout her battle with cancer, Farrah has found
support in Ryan and their only son, Redmond.

Redmond, who is in a drug rehabilitation program after
being convicted of DUI and arrested for possession of
narcotics, was allowed to leave jail last month for
three hours to visit his mother, a service that is
offered to inmates with gravely ill family members.

Three founding members of Goth-rock group Evanescence
have been dealt a blow after forming a new band with

Ben Moody announced plans for his new group The Fallen
earlier this month, and now the band’s label bosses
have been hit with a cease and desist notice from the
managers of another act already calling itself The Fallen.

Alfadog Music executives fired off the legal missive to
Skh Music bosses on Friday, insisting Ben and Carly’s
band had to come up with another name.

The original The Fallen, who formed in 2005, posted a
message to fans of their Web site, stating, “We are
truly sorry for the confusion that stemmed from an
unexpected announcement from Skh Music.”

Newlywed reality TV couple Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag
have been banned from a television network after viewers
voted to end coverage of the controversial pair.

An estimated 94 per cent of E! viewers who responded to a
network poll insisted they were tired of seeing “The
Hills” stars dubbed as Speidi by the U.S. media during
the network’s entertainment news programs.

The couple, blasted by viewers for their “self-promoting”
press antics, caused a media storm earlier this month
when they walked off survival competition “I’m A
Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!,” where they were filmed
fighting with fellow contestants in the Costa Rican jungle.

A spokesperson for the network says, “It was just a
question of overexposure and wondering how much of the
news about them was truly news or contrived. It just
started to feel as if they had maybe jumped a shark in
the past couple of weeks and it might be time to just
take a rest. It wasn’t really one particular instance,
it just seemed like they’d reached a point where they
crossed a line in the interest level of our audience.

“We really didn’t know which way it would go. They’re a
controversial couple, and we didn’t know if people were
done with them or not. But we went into it knowing that

Lopez Shuts Down Sweetface Clothing Line…

Jennifer Lopez’s Sweetface clothing line has gone sour.

Jennifer is shutting down her Sweetface line, according
to Women’s Wear Daily.

After launching in 2003, the line will halt production with
the spring 2009 collection, currently in stores, as its
last, at least for now.

“In light of new company strategies, we have decided to put
the Sweetface line on hiatus while we prepare to reintroduce
the brand in the near future with new messaging points and
an entirely new fashion point of view,” the company said in
a statement.

No word on when the line might return to stores.

Jennifer is the latest celebrity to recently pull the plug
on a fashion line. Mandy Moore and Lauren Conrad also
recently announced they were putting their collections on
hiatus earlier this year.

Sweetface was the second clothing line for Jennifer, who

The actress will guest star in an upcoming episode of the show.

The star-studded new season of the show also features a multi-

Gloria Estefan Join Jimmy Buffett As Dolphins Owner…

Gloria Estefan and her husband Emilio are to become minority
owners of the NFL team the Miami Dolphins.

The team’s boss, Stephen Ross, has reached out to the Gloria and
Emilio in an effort to build on the Dolphins’ Hispanic market.

The Estefans aren’t the only celebrities backing Bill Parcells’
team this coming season - Jimmy Buffett has been added to the
organization’s extended family.

Dolphins Stadium, which houses the Dolphins and one-time baseball
champions the Florida Marlins, will be known as LandShark Stadium.
LandShark is the name of singer Buffett’s lager brand. The stadium
will host the 2010 Super Bowl.

Darryl Hannah & Scientist Arrested At Protest

Darryl Hannah, NASA scientist James Hansen and other mountaintop
removal mining opponents have been arrested during a protest in
southern West Virginia.

State Police arrested Hannah, Hansen, former Rep. Ken Hechler and
27 other protesters Tuesday after they blocked State Route 3 near
a Massey Energy subsidiary’s coal processing plant in Boone County.

They were among several hundred protesters who rallied outside an
elementary school near the plant’s coal storage silo.

After the rally, the crowd marched quietly to the plant and
attempted to enter the property. They were blocked by several
hundred coal miners chanting “Massey.” Protesters then sat on the
road and were arrested on misdemeanor charges of obstruction and
impeding traffic.

Elizabeth Hasselbeck Accused Of Plagiarizing Diet Book…

Elisabeth Hasselbeck, co-host of ABC’s “The View,” is being sued
over accusations her best-selling diet book plagiarized another
author’s work.

Cape Cod author Susan Hassett filed a copyright infringement lawsuit
against Hasselbeck in Massachusetts federal court this week, saying
parts of the book, “The G-Free Diet: A Gluten-Free Survival Guide,”
were lifted from a book Hassett had written on the same subject.

Hassett claims she mailed Hasselbeck a copy of her self-published
book, “Living with Celiac Disease,” in April 2008 because she wanted
to help Hasselbeck spread awareness on her television show about the
condition, which involves an intolerance to gluten, a component of
wheat, rye and barley.

Hasselbeck’s book, which made it to The New York Times best seller
list, was published in May and “includes dozens of paraphrased as
well as word-for-word regurgitations of phrases and scrupulously
researched factual data entries” from Hassett’s book, according to
Hassett’s complaint.

Hassett is also suing Hasselbeck’s publisher, Center Street Hachette,
and her ghost-writer, whose identity is unidentified. She is seeking
compensation for profits made from Hasselbeck’s book and asks for
the book be removed from distribution.

It’s Katy Perry… Katy is a longtime fan of Madonna and was
delighted when the legendary singer complimented her music
during an interview last year.

But when Katy finally got the chance to meet her heroine - she
found herself lost for words. She tells Glamour magazine, “I met
Madonna after her show, with just her close friends and dancers.
(But all I could say was) ‘thank you’. It was all I could get
out of my mouth.”

Okay I haven’t been following the whole Jon & Kate thing but
I’d have to live on Mars not to have heard that Kate filed
for divorce on Monday. Here’s what they each had to say in
a statement…

Kate: “Over the course of this weekend, Jon’s activities have
left me no choice but to file legal procedures in order to
protect myself and our children,” Kate said in a statement
Monday night. “While there are reasons why it was appropriate
and necessary for me to initiate this proceeding, I do not wish
to discuss those reasons at this time, in the hope that all
issues will be resolved amicably between Jon and myself. As
always, my first priority remains our children.”

Jon released a statement of his own, claiming his wife was the
first to make a legal move. “This afternoon, Kate filed for
divorce. Our kids are still my number one priority. I love them
and want to make sure they stay happy, healthy and safe. My job
is being the best, most supportive and loving father that I can
be to my kids, and not being married to Kate doesn’t change that.”

Perez to GLAAD — Now I’m Mad!…

GLAAD was furious when they heard Perez Hilton used a gay slur to
attack Will.I.Am on Sunday night and even asked for an apology but
now Perez is ticked off at the organization for being ticked at him.
Follow that?

Perez, a former GLAAD employee, says: “I am saddened GLAAD chose to
victimize me further by criticizing me for how I non-violently dealt
with a very scary situation that, unfortunately, turned violent.
While I doubt I will get an apology from GLAAD, nor do I expect one,
I would just hope people know how difficult it is to intellectualize
a situation and think rationally when a thug disguised as a musician
is screaming at your face and intimidating you. I am just very
fortunate and grateful that nothing more serious happened to me.”

Ryan O’Neal says he plans to marry Farrah Fawcett

Ryan O’Neal says he plans to marry Farrah Fawcett, who is
struggling to overcome cancer. The 68-year-old actor says in
an interview with Barbara Walters for ABC’s “20/20″ that he
asked his longtime companion to marry him and “she’s agreed.”
O’Neal says they will tie the knot “as soon as she can say yes.”

Walters’ interview with O’Neal airs Friday.

Fawcett was diagnosed in 2006 with anal cancer that has spread
to her liver. The “Charlie’s Angels” star and O’Neal have a
24-year-old son, Redmond.

Ryan says the 62-year-old actress is “fighting for her life,” but
despite her declining health, they will “absolutely” get married.

This comes on the news that Farrah has been hospitalized again.

Jessica Simpson Back with ‘Beauty’…

Jessica Simpson is returning to reality TV with a show
she promises will be “a wild ride.”

VH1 has picked up “The Price of Beauty,” a series that
will follow Simpson as she travels the world to see what
women do to make themselves beautiful, according to MTV.

“I have always believed that beauty comes from within and
confidence will always make a woman beautiful,” Simpson
said in a statement. “But I know how much pressure some
women put on themselves to look perfect.”

The 29-year-old actress received much tabloid scrutiny earlier
this year about her weight. She says she was immediately
intrigued by the idea of doing a show about female body image.

“I am really looking forward to discovering how beauty is
perceived in different cultures and participating in some
of the crazy things people do to feel beautiful,” she said.
“I am so excited that VH1 is coming along on what I’m sure
will be a wild ride.”

The new show begins shooting in mid-July.

Nip/Tuck Cancelled…

Quirky plastic surgery drama Nip/Tuck has been cancelled
after 100 episodes.

The show, starring Dylan Walsh and Julian McMahon, debuted
in 2003 and became an instant critical and ratings hit.

But reports suggest the most recent episode, the 100th, was
the last. It wrapped on June 12th.

Cast member John Hensley confirmed the sad news, saying, “I
feel we’ve reached a creative impasse with regards to what
we can do with this story.

“I just feel that we were a show that was very good and
innovative at one point and we’ve gone the way of so many
shows before us. Our moment has passed.”

And fans face a long wait to see the final shows, which won’t
air until 2011.

Tori Amos legally ditched her birth name Myra Ellen because
she hated the link to notorious British serial killer Myra
Hindley.

The singer, who now lives in England, insists only her niece

Tori admits she refused to answer to Myra from a young age
and was Ellen to all until she turned 18.

It’s Cameron Diaz… Cameron says, “It’s [surfing] very
spiritual for me. It’s like being directly in touch with God.
It’s so healing and amazing.”

Although the 36-year-old beauty is known for being a ’surfer
girl’, Cameron only learnt the sport while filming 2000s action-
comedy ‘Charlie’s Angels’.

She explained: “It’s funny everyone sees me as a surfer girl
because I grew up in California, but as a child I never surfed
because I had no one to teach me and I didn’t even have a surf
board. I love it now though!”

Now for an update on my mom. Her vision is getting slightly
better, but the biggest improvement is the lack of pain in
her eyes. The last surgery where the stitched a portion of
her inner eyelid closed really has helped. I know it sounds
horrific and it was at first, but now it has opened up a little
more and her eye is protected better than ever.

In fact for the first time in almost two years I took her
to a movie. She was so happy she could see the screen and
enjoyed herself thoroughly!

Now if we could just get rid of the shingles pain she’s be on
her way to feeling back to normal.

Bradley Whitford, Jane Kaczmarek Divorcing…

After being married for 16 years, the actors Bradley
Whitford and Jane Kaczmarek have filed for divorce.

The divorce was filed last week Friday in Los Angeles.
Kaczmarek is known for her role as Lois in the syndicated
television show “Malcolm in the Middle” and is currently
starring in TNT’s “Raising the Bar.” Whitford was known
for playing Josh Lyman on “The West Wing.”

There were no public signs of there being trouble with
their marriage but apparently they were good at keeping
their matters private. The soon to be ex couple are the
parents of three children, the oldest being 12 years old
and the youngest being 6 years old.

A rep for Whitford had this to say on this client’s behalf:
“He hopes the media will respect their wish for privacy as
they focus on their children.”

Matthew McConaughey is set to become a father for the
second time. Matthew, who already has an 11-month-old son,

happy news last night Sunday night.

first, and the last 11 months with Levi and Camila have been
the most rewarding adventure to date.

“We have more blessed news to celebrate this Father’s Day that
will make this time next year double the fun. Levi is going to
be a big brother. Yeah, we pulled off the greatest miracle in
the world one more time, Camila and I are expecting our second
child, bringing more life into the world, making more to live for.

Word is that Ryan Seacrest and Lindsay Lohan have met to
discuss plans for a reality show. Seacrest would produce
the series which would feature Lohan, possibly as a judge,
and will dole out $1 million to people whose lives are on
the wrong track and are looking for a new start.

Seacrest posted a message on Twitter Friday saying, “Met with
lindsay last night about a show idea I have for her..it helps

Sarah Jessica Parker escaped with a warning after she was pulled
over by police for driving without headlights.

Sarah was driving through New York’s Hamptons last week when she
was stopped by state troopers, who noticed the lights on her
Mercedes minivan were not turned on.

The star was driving with her six-year-old son James Wilkie.

A source says, “She told him (the police officer) it was a brand-
new car and she didn’t know how to turn them on. They showed her
how and let her go with a warning.”

Parker confirmed the story through her rep, adding, “The officer

The celebrity who’s six-year-old daughter won $6,000 at the
Kentucky Derby?

It’s Brooke Shields… Brooke revealed little Rowan defied the
odds when the pair, along with Brooke’s husband Chris Henchy and
three-year-old daughter Grier, went to the Derby.

She said: “We went to the Kentucky Derby for the first time as a
family, and of course my older one picked the winner.

“We tried to talk her out of it. It was 50-to-1. She said, ‘I
like the name Mine That Bird and I think it’s good,’ and I said,
‘Now honey, it’s 50-to-1. Those aren’t good odds.’ But she said,
‘Mom, I like it.’ And I was like, ‘Alright, whatever.’ She got
like $6,000.”

However, Rowan didn’t get to spend all her winnings as her parents
have put the money away for her future.

Brooke revealed to OK magazine: “We put it in her college fund
and she appreciated that. Her biggest thing was that she got a
Kentucky Derby Barbie.”
